Boya lawyer is amazing. My daughter’s case is unique. She came to US in 2019 with an immigration visa and returned to China without receiving her physical green card. We didn’t even know her immigration number. She didn’t come back to US once during the five years when she stayed in China. The layer helped us to prepare all documents to get her SB1 visa approved. My daughter was able to come back in 6 months since we started preparing the paperwork. He is really good at complicate cases and guides us through each steps. I highly recommend him to anyone.

When both my hubby and myself received RFE Nov 2024 about our I-485 and response by Jan 2025, we were nervous and lack of direction/knowledge what to do. We did hire another law firm to do our green card application, but later found out many mistakes they made and cause us RFE notices!!
